A recipe for caramelized turnips that is both easy and fantastic.
3 cups peeled and diced turnips 1/4 cup water 1 Tbsp. melted butter 1 Tbsp. sugar
Cook the diced turnips in the water until tender on medium heat, about 15 minutes. Pour the melted butter into the pan and sprinkle the sugar on top. Stirring occasionally, let the mixture caramelize, about another 15 minutes.
